APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed two-page application form click on the pdf below

  • Attach a current bio and/or resume

  • Payment

    • (Preferred Method) Credit Card - Please email in your completed application and CREW Network will send an invoice

    • Check - Please mail in your check with your completed application

APPLICATION SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

Applications are reviewed by the Board of Directors monthly. You will be contacted after your Application has been reviewed.

2024 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES INFORMATION:

  • Membership dues are based on calendar year terms – all memberships expire on December 31st, 2024.

  • Memberships are individual (not company) are non-transferrable/non-refundable.

  • Dues paid for CREW memberships are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes, but may be deductible as business expenses.
