Membership Levels
Active Member
Dues: $380*
Any person of good character and reputation who is a professional in the field of commercial real estate may become an active member of the Corporation provided, that a person has at least five (5) consecutive years of experience in a Qualified Field of Commercial Real Estate (as defined below) and has current direct involvement in a substantially full-time, professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in one or more of the Qualified Field of Commercial Real Estate. Active membership shall continue until resignation, death, failure to meet qualifications of an Active Member or removal for cause as provided in the CREW West Michigan Bylaws.

associate Member
Dues: $380*
Any person of good character and reputation who is a professional in the field of commercial real estate with less than five (5) consecutive years of experience may become a Candidate Member of the Corporation, provided such person is working in a Qualified Field of Commercial Real Estate. Candidate Membership shall continue for no more than five (5) consecutive years, at which time membership must be re-approved by the Board of the Directors for Active Membership.

Affiliate Member
Dues: $500
Any person of good character and reputation who is in a professional field related to the field of commercial real estate, but who does not qualify for an Active Membership or Candidate Membership, may become at Affiliate Member or the Corporation.
student-Graduate Member
Dues: $105
"Student or Graduate Member" shall be enrolled full time in an undergraduate college or university program, pursuing educational goals intended to lead to a career in a commercial real estate field.
