DAVid CLARK | BOARD DIRECTOR

David has spent 37+ years as a Land Surveyor, Certified Appraiser, Circuit Court Mediator, District Court Mediator, Certified Con-Ed Instructor of Realtors, and has served multiple terms on Planning Commissions, and Zoning Boards of Appeals.  David’s career has evolved to a point where he spends nearly all his time answering questions for Realtors, and visiting properties and improvements to offer advice on the highest and best use for properties, options for land divisions, developments, or options to cure deferred maintenance of improvements on real estate.

David works for Nederveld Inc. in the Surveying and Engineering Department in Michigan.  Nederveld has expanded it disciplines throughout the country, and world through it’s Forensic Engineering and Fire Investigation disciplines (which in simple terms is similar to CSI work, but for Insurance companies, not law enforcement).

On a personal note, David is a very proud father of three amazing boys, and David is a Professional Scuba Dive Master, and Rescue Scuba Diver.  During College (in Southern California), David taught Night Scuba Diving in Laguna Beach.  David cannot get enough traveling to satisfy his thirst to explore the world.
