"Stages of Psychological Safety” draws from the research over the last few years that shows that building psychological safety - the ability for one to be themselves, make mistakes, take appropriate risks and contribute ideas without the fear of harm - is the most important factor in the performance of individuals a teams. In this session, Denise will introduce the idea and give us a framework for evaluating the levels of safety in our own teams/orgs, as well as some strategies for building.
